Causes for Rejection:Whole blood. Gel separator tubes. Light blue (sodium citrate) or Yellow (SPS or ACD Solution) tubes.

Specimen Processing:Centrifuge and aliquot within 2 hours of collection, 1 mL, 0.5 mL minimum. Store in refrigerator.
