Use:Asses risk, due to genetics, for severe myelosuppression with standard dosing of thiopurine drugs. Appropriate for pre- or post-therapeutic assessments. Preferred test for patients with recent heterologous blood transfusion. Can be performed irrespective of thiopurine therapy.
