Specimen Processing:Centrifuge and aliquot within 2 hours of collection, 1 mL, 0.2 mL minimum. Store in refrigerator.
Shipping Instructions:Ship at refrigerated temperature.
Stability:Sample is stable for 1 month at room temperature or refrigerated; 2 months frozen.

Reference Range:The therapeutic range is based on serum pre-dose (trough) drawn at steady-state concentration. Therapeutic and toxic ranges are not well established. Proposed Dose-Related Range: 2-10 ug/mL. Adverse effects may include peripheral edema, allergic reactions, dizziness and somnolence.
