Specimen Processing:Centrifuge and aliquot within 2 hours of collection 1 mL, 0.2 mL minimum. Store in refrigerator.

Less than 1.1 – Negative. No significant level of LCM virus IgG antibody detected.

Great than or equal to 1.1 – Positive. Presence of IgG antibody to LCM virus detected suggestive of current or past infection.

Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis (LCM) Virus Antibody, IgM

Less than 1.1 – Negative. No significant level of LCM virus IgM antibody detected.

Great than or equal to 1.1 – Positive. Presence of IgM antibody to LCM virus detected suggestive of current or past infection.
