Use:Anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA) are seen in a large number of autoimmune diseases, mainly systemic rheumatic disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune liver disease, progressive systemic sclerosis, dermato/polymyositis and Sjogren's syndrome.
