Interpretive

Reference Range:See interpretive report.
Use:This panel is indicated in the assessment of colorectal carcinoma for appropriate therapy selection (including anti-EGFR therapy), prognostic stratification, and biologic correlation with pathogenesis of microsatellite instable (MSI) CRC. A separate NGS Fusion panel is available for order if detection of translocations (including NTRK) is clinically indicated. If the focused panel is negative, reflex to a larger expanded gene panel is available if clinically indicated. Please contact the Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory at 612-273-8445 for more information.
