Use:The therapeutic range is based on serum pre-dose (trough) draw at steady-state concentration. Toxic concentrations may cause dizziness, drowsiness and anorexia. The incidence of adverse reactions is low; however, life-threatening agranulocytosis and fatal pancytopenia have been reported.
