Causes for Rejection:Gross hemolysis. Samples not separated from cells within 2 hours of collection.

Specimen Processing:Within 2 hours, centrifuge and aliquot 1 mL, 0.35 mL minimum. Store in refrigerator.
Shipping Instructions:Ship at refrigerated temperature.
Stability:14 days refrigerated; for longer storage, freeze.
