Optimal Volume: | Cultured fibroblasts: 2 T-25 flasks filled to neck with culture media, sterile or send skin biopsy: 4 mm punch, collect sterile in Eagle's minimum essential medium with penicillin, streptomycin and nystatin in supplied T-115 container. |
