Interpretive
Reference Range: | Codons 457-630 of the UL97 gene and codons 393-1000 of the UL54 gene are sequenced. Mutations associated with resistance to ganciclovir, cidofovir and foscarnet are reported. Mutations in viral sub-populations below 20 percent of total may not be detected. |
