Use:Anti-Ku antibodies are found in about 20% of IIM; associated with overlap syndromes such as PM/SSc (most common), SLE/PM and other autoimmune disorders such as PM, SS, SSc, SLE, UCTD, MCTD, RA; common clinical features include arthralgias/arthritis, myositis, Raynaud's, esophageal dysmotility and ILD.
