BAL: 2 mL, 0.5 mL minimum in a sterile container.
Bone Marrow: 2 mL, 0.2 mL minimum in a purple (EDTA) container
Tissue: Place a minimum of 5 mg fresh tissue (approximately ½ of a pencil eraser size) in a sterile container. Do not add water, saline or other fluid media to container.

Causes for Rejection: | Formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue will not be accepted. |
