| Optimal Volume: | 5-10 mL unprocessed respiratory specimen, CSF, pleural fluid, or tissue large enough to be ground; Label as unprocessed.
2-5 mL processed (digested) respiratory specimen, CSF, pleural fluid, or tissue in a sterile container. |
