| Collection Instructions: | Collect specimen prior to dialysis. Inform lab if patient is receiving Rituximab. If unable to obtain the volume of blood specified (even that listed as pediatric) call the Immunology Lab at 273-3100 to see if they can perform the test on what has been collected. If no answer page the tech on call (24x7) at 893-0525. |

| Contraindications: | Serum will not clot if collected during or immediately after dialysis. |
