Optimal Volume:Fixed tissue: 5 unstained slides (10 microns thick) and 1 H&E slide (10 microns thick) fixed tissue. Fresh tissue: 5 mm x 5 mm x 5 mm.
Minimum\Peds Volume:Fixed tissue: 4 unstained slides (10 microns thick) and 1 H&E slide (10 microns thick) fixed tissue. Fresh tissue: 3 mm x 3 mm x 3 mm.
Container:Plastic leakproof container, sterile

Causes for Rejection:Decalcified tissue.
