Use: | This ELISA measures IgG antibodies specific for IgE. A result of normal indicates that the level of IgG anti-IgE antibodies is similar to that seen in a population of healthy individuals. A result of elevated indicates an increased level of IgG anti-IgE antibodies compared to health individuals. These autoantibodies have been implicated as a causative agent in autoimmune chronic urticaria and atopic dermatitis. |
