Collection Instructions: | Collect only midstream voided samples collected in sterile collection cup provided in kit. Check expiration date on kit prior to collection; do not use if any component has expired. Do not collect within 2 weeks of UTI and 6 weeks of invasive manipulation or chemotherapy treatments.

Causes for Rejection: | Bladder wash/barbotage specimens, underfilled Cxbladder transfer tube, Cxbladder Detect/Triage requisition not completely filled out. |
