ADAMTS13 Activity and Inhibitor Profile
Abbrev Code: | ADM13 | ||
Order Code: | LAB8297 | Order Name: | ADAMTS13 Activity and Inhibitor Profile |
Methodology: | Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET)
CPT Codes: | 85397 x1, 85335 x1, 85335 x1
Test Includes: | Testing begins with the ADAMTS-13 activity assay to evaluate the percent activity. If the ADAMTS-13 activity is less than 30%, an inhibitor screen will be performed to look for specific ADAMTS-13 inhibition.
Turnaround Time: | Specimens sent to reference laboratory Monday-Friday; reported within 2-4 days.
